You can download all or some of the PowerToy programs. Only a user with a computer administrator account can install PowerToys on a computer.

Tweak UI gives you access to computer settings that are unavailable or difficult to access in Windows, including settings that affect the mouse, Start menu and taskbar. When you install Tweak UI, the PowerToy will appear on the Start menu.To install power toy follow this guide
Download this Power-Toys Tweak UI and double click on it.
On welcome click next
On license agreement screen select I accept and click on next
To complete setup click on finish
To launch power toys tweak UI follow this path
Start ==> program ==> power ==> toys Tweak UI
